Mr. Gregory Antolinos Chanteperdrix, is born in Rillieux, France. From 1987 till 1992, he spent 5 years within the group of YUM, under the Pizza Hut Group of Companies and acquires managerial responsibilities in London.
In 2012, he settles in Switzerland in order to become Chief Executive Officer of MIJOMAG Group after a long and rich career in the field of Food and Restauration in France. Amongst one of his main achievement, he became the owner of the first Franchise of Mc Donald’s in the Czech Republic in 1993.
On a daily basis, he looks at the strategic development of his Group of Companies, financial investments and talent management of a great team of highly qualified people of diverse jurisdictions.
The MIJOMAG GROUP holds many franchises for prestigious brands as VAPIANO, PICARD, COURTEPAILLE, MEMPHIS COFEE, PAUL, LA CROSSANTERIE, FOCACCIA & FIVE GUYS and have extensive interests in the Food & Restauration, as well as Property & Real Estate sectors.

Laurent Panchaud, born in 1974, was admitted to the Bar in 2001, following the completion of his law degree from the University of Geneva. His practice areas include: Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking law and Capital markets, Trust foundation and estate planning, administrative law, residence and immigration; and commodities trading. He is currently one of the managing partner of Perréard De Boccard-Attorneys at Law.
He is also a member of Joint Chambers of Commerce in Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgystan, Molodova.

Michel Antolinos, a Swiss National, born in Lyon, France, spent 15 years within the company Bérard, one of the French leaders in the breeding, the trade and the distribution of wine in the country. He possesses extensive experience in the financial services sector.
Mr. Antolinos is the former CEO and Managing Director at McDonald’s France, having occupied the highest rank in the company from 1981-1997. He has then been a member of the board of an investment company, with an operative role of Executive director and currently owns the franchise rights of various prestigious brands in several countries
Michel Antolinos a passé 15 ans dans la société Bérard, l'un des leaders français de l'élevage, du commerce et de la distribution de vins dans le pays.
Il a débuté en tant que responsable des ventes et est devenu président d'une des filiales du groupe. En 1981, cet homme accompli a commencé comme franchisé de McDonald à Lyon. En 1993, après avoir ouvert avec beaucoup de succès 17 restaurants, il a été promu par McDonald France. Ashnah Gunesssing graduated in 2008 from the University of South Africa, in the field of Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management.
Prior to joining Toukan in July 2016, Ashnah worked as a Senior Administrator and Relationship Manager in a duly licensed Management Company for over 10 years. She has gathered extensive experience in the Global Business Sector both locally and Internationally as a Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer(MLRO) at Toukan.
In 2017, She took a more active role in supporting the Human Resource, Strategic marketing & development divisions of the Company, whilst overseeing the Administration and Finance division to provide a seamless customer experience to International Clients.
Ashnah is member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD) as well as the Compliance Sub- Committee for Global Finance Mauritius (GFM).

Elle a recueilli une vaste expérience dans le secteur des grandes entreprises localement et internationalement, en tant que responsable de la conformité et agente de rapports sur le blanchiment d'argent (MLRO) à Toukan.
Ashnah est membre de l'Institut du registre des Directeurs accrédités de Maurice (MIOD), ainsi que du sous-comité de la conformité pour la finance Internationale de l'île Maurice (GFM).
